My eldest daughter - Róisín is 17 today. Last year she was away for the weekend of her birthday, and we had a family wedding the day before, so it was a very low key affair. Today she and I are heading off into temple bar for a bit of shopping and then we are meeting up with Des, Seán and Líadán for a meal out.
So I made a pucci inspired handbag cake, its chocolate orange cake on the inside ... so sod the diet and I shall be having some of this later (yum!!)
